CHASE, William Seymour Jr. – of Davison, formerly of Ocala, FL, age 82, passed away November 15, 2014 at McLaren – Flint with his loving family by his side. Cremation has taken place. Burial of cremains, with Military Honors will be held at a later date.
William was born in Kalkaska, MI on May 31, 1932, son of the late William Seymour Sr. and Bernice L. (Smith) Chase. He married Bessie Virginia Foster at Oak Park Methodist Church in Flint on August 13, 1956. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and bowling. William wrote several reviews about local restaurants in Florida.
William is survived by his wife of 52 years, Bessie; son, Thaniel (Tiff) Chase of Baltimore, MD; sister-in-law, Zola (Jerry) West; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his in-laws, David and Margaret Foster; brothers-in-law, Donald (Julia) Foster and Carl (Sue) Foster.
