DAVY, Sharon Charlotte - of Beaverton, age 81, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Genesys Health Park, Grand Blanc. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Our Risen Lord Lutheran Church, 4040 Lapeer Rd., Burton; Pastor Susan Lidums officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and Humane Society of Genesee County.

Sharon was born on January 20, 1931, daughter of the late Ansel and Shirley Passage. She married Max Davy on July 23, 1948. Sharon’s greatest joy in life were her family, the great outdoors, fishing and her loving animals, Mattie, Max, Nickers and KiKi.

Surviving are her four children, Dennis (Linda) Davy of Beaverton, Laura (Harvey) Theodore of Flint, Shelley Plew of Gaylord, Wendy (LeRoy) Young of Gaines, 12 dearly loved grandchildren, Tracy, Todd, Trever, Chad, Kimberly, Justin, Stephanie, Ryan, Collin, Joshua and Troy; 23 great-grandchildren; brothers, Larry (Jan) Passage of Sun Rise Beach, MO, Bud Passage of Basin, WY; many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Max; grandson, David Plew. She will be greatly missed by her family.
