WILLIAMS, Marie J. – of Flint, age 66, passed away June 29, 2012 at McLaren Flint. A Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Chaplain Gene Smith officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-4 and 5-8 p.m. Friday; 10-11 a.m. Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or McLaren Visiting Nurses.

Marie was born in Flint on March 2, 1946, daughter of the late Robert and Lucille (Robbins) Harris. Marie Harris married Jerry L. Williams who preceded her in death on October 5, 2001 after 38 years together. Marie enjoyed camping and spending time with her grandchildren and “adopted grandchildren”. She was a Home Interior Designer for many years.

Marie is survived by her children, Jerry Jr. (Jill) Williams, Mark (Michelle) Williams and Mike (Michele) Williams; foster daughter, Deb Ryno; her grandchildren, Erika Williams, Myranda Williams, Hunter Williams, Haleigh Williams, Chantelle Trarop and Christina Trarop; sisters, Ella Mae Duncan and Alma (Lawson) Bennett; brother-in-law, Gary Havens; sister-in-law, Betty Harris; many nieces, nephews and special loved one, Torbjorn Hansson. She was preceded in death by her two-year-old daughter Stacey, “her Princess”; brothers, Richard and Roger Harris; sister-in-law, Judy Havens; brother-in-law, Thomas Duncan; mother and father-in-law, Betty and Frank Allen and stepfather, Max Redman.
